Our Founder and CEO, Jessica Sanders, CPM has an exceptionally established career drawing on nearly two decades of experience across the real estate and property management industry. She is an accomplished consultant with a proven record of helping real estate businesses grow through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. With a background in psychology from the University of West Georgia and certifications in property and revenue management, Jessica understands the importance of both people and process. Her expertise spans the implementation of industry-leading platforms like Onesite, Entrata, Jira and Salesforce, as well as advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and Domo. This technical fluency allows Jessica to translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable strategies that support growth, boost efficiency, and maximize returns.
